Do you ship all over India?

What is your delivery time?

Products within Delhi NCR are delivered in 1-3 working days, while products outside Delhi are delivered in 4-6 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the link in the email or visiting our website’s order tracking page.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available in select cities. Please check product details or contact our customer support to confirm availability in your area.

Can I schedule a delivery for a later date?

Yes, you can schedule delivery for a specific date to ensure your gift arrives on time for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or festivals. Just select the preferred delivery date at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we provide complimentary gift wrapping services for select items. You can choose the gift wrap option during checkout and add a custom gift message for an extra touch.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item hasn’t been dispatched. For modifications or cancellations, please contact us immediately at support@sridhastore.com.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

What if I'm not available at the time of delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver again or leave the package at a secure location with your consent. You will also receive a notification for rescheduling the delivery.

 

How can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@sridhastore.com with your order number and the new shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. However, we are working to expand our services internationally soon.
