If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the policy carefully to understand the conditions and process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Return and Refund

We only accept requests for returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 5 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is different from the one ordered.
  • The product must not be used, worn out, or damaged by the customer.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging without any damage or tampering.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided at the time of raising the return request.

Please note, Sridha Store shall not entertain requests for returns, refunds, or replacements after 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “non-refundable.”
  • Consumable items such as incense sticks, turmeric, or other similar products.
  • Customized pooja boxes or items that have been personalized.

Process for Returns and Refunds

  1. Requesting a Return or Refund:
    • Customers must submit proof of purchase or receipt and, in the case of a defective or wrong product, provide an image of the product.
    • Only the value of the returned product will be refunded, not the entire order value.
  2. Return Pickup:
    • Once a return request is approved, a return pickup will be arranged within 3-5 business days.
    • After receiving the product, it will undergo a Quality Check. Upon approval, the refund process will be initiated.
  3. Refund Method:
    • For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card) within 7-21 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, customers will need to provide their bank details, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
  4. Customer-Initiated Returns:
    • In cases where customers are unsatisfied with the product or change their mind, they must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
    • After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed, excluding return shipping charges.
  5. Communication:
    • We will notify customers via email regarding the status of their return, including whether it is approved or rejected.
    • If approved, the refund process will begin, and the entire refund process, from receiving the returned item to completion, will take up to 21 days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product was delivered. The following conditions apply:

  • The request for an exchange must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase and an image of the defective product must be provided.
  • Only the defective product will be exchanged, not the entire order.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.
  • The process for exchanging a product will take 21 days, similar to the refund process.
