Email OTP and account access
Where passwordless sign-in is enabled, Sridha uses email verification codes and technical records needed to prevent abuse. OTP messages may be delivered by an email service provider such as Resend. Codes should never be shared with anyone.
Payment and analytics data
Where enabled, Razorpay may process payment details under its own privacy notice. Sridha retains order references, payment status and accounting information necessary for support, reconciliation and legal compliance. We do not promise that optional analytics or marketing cookies are active unless deployed and disclosed.
